At the Customer Appreciation event held in Hong Kong and organised by Motorola authorized distributor - C.A. Sheimer (H.K.) Limited, the purpose was clearly evident: recognise, celebrate and impress!
Reaffirming Strong Commitment to Customer Success
Over 144 key account customers from 90 companies and Government sector attended the MOTOTRBO seminar cum customer appreciation dinner held on the 12 March 2010 at the World Trade Centre Club.
"We established these Customer Appreciation events to show our gratitude to our customers who provide us with continued business and support," explained Danny Ho, Sales Manager of C.A. Sheimer.
“Such events grant them an opportunity to learn more about Motorola and also preview the MOTOTRBO solutions which can help improve the productivity and profitability of their businesses," he said.
Technology Showcase and Business Update
After Danny Ho had welcomed the guests in his speech, Motorola Director of Distribution for South & East Asia – Pauline Tng delivered the opening note, while Motorola Sales Manager Phyllis Lin addressed the business growth opportunities in the customer’s industries.
They also saw a presentation given by Motorola Product Manager – Alvin Hong, demonstrating how the latest MOTOTRBO Transmit Interrupt Suite can deliver business-critical communications exactly when it is needed. Learn more about the triple robust features in the single suite.
Building Relationships and Celebrating Success
Above all, the event provided the attendees an ideal opportunity to network and make connections with other industry players. Guests enjoyed a lighter moment of entertainment when the CA Sheimer employees presented a special skit based on the legendary hero Wong Fei Hong.
The finale of the event saw key account customers receiving appreciation awards in recognition of their achievements. Motorola specially dedicated a ‘20 years of Partnership’ Award to CA Sheimer for their long service and contributions. Appreciation was indeed abounding!
